I was out for a ski this afternoon with riding friends when my buddy Rodd mentioned the race. He said it was astounding. I watched it while soaking in the bath back home. He was right. This is the best cross race I've seen. Absolutely fantastic.
Yup--in most cases EST is 6 hours behind Continental Europe, 5 behind the UK. Clocks changes differently than they do for daylight savings in the USA though, so sometimes there's a week or two where the difference is less--or more.
